
Scheduling Policy
LATE ARRIVAL
If you're more than 10-15 minutes late, you will asked to reschedule and have to pay the cancellation fee. If you have a deposit down on your appointment, you will have to either forfeit your haircut and/or blowdry at time of service and will still be charged the full amount for the services that were originally booked for your appointment.
LAST MINUTE MODIFICATIONS
It is your responsibility to change your appointment in advance (48 hours or sooner) if you no longer wish to receive a certain service. You will still be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of services scheduled regardless if you last minute decide to not receive them.
FOR EXAMPLE: You are scheduled 2.5 hours for a hair color and haircut and you last minute change your mind and decide you just want to get a haircut.
CARDS ON FILE / DEPOSITS
A card is required and kept on file to schedule any service at Trippy Roots. A deposit of $30-200 is required to schedule any chemical services where hours of time is reserved. The deposit is applied to the total cost of your services. The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. This deposit is used to purchase product for your services, hold your appointment slot, and to reserve my availability.
The deposit will only be held for up to 2 consecutive reschedules if you fall iIl within one year of the original appointment date. After two rescheduled appointments, your deposit is void.
RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS
TRIPPY ROOTS requires 48 hours notice to be given via email or message prior to the currently booked appointment to reschedule, and you may reschedule within 3 months to transfer your deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of appointment. Any NO SHOW/NOCALL automatically will be charged 100% of appointment total, forfeits their deposit on a color service and will require another deposit to regain access to Kali's books.
REPEAT OFFENDERS THAT CANCEL
If you frequently reschedule your appointments, you will be placed in a SCHEDULE PENALTY BOX where you will not be able to book out services more than two weeks from scheduling. If you continue to abuse rescheduling/canceling online, you will be refused from future bookings with Trippy Roots altogether.
STYLIST RIGHTS
Your appointment is subject to change due to the nature of Kali being one individual who may become ill or have personal emergencies that may interfere or interact with an appointment. This inconvenience does not warrant any concessions or deals on Kali/Trippy Roots's end or is Kali's responsibility to reconcile.
In the unlikely event that Kali/Trippy Roots should reschedule, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, ONLY TRANSFERABLE TO RESCHEDULE.
REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the outcome of your service, I offer complimentary changes.
