What is a private salon suite?

A private salon suite means I am the sole owner and only stylist operating this space.  I consider myself a private suite because I do not double book- meaning you are not playing musicial chairs with others. This may appeal to clients who prefer more quiet environments, are easily overstimulated, or are tired of not feeling like a priority at other large scale salons.

Why don't you have a phone number?

I find having immediate access to me during my working hours unnecessary when I can create a platform to have all the answers to your questions at your finger tips. In today's hair culture, Coloring techniques have become more advanced. Booking a color over the phone is not ideal when you have specific hair goals. Example: Your service should have been booked for 4 hours instead of  2, and that is the real reason why you didn't end up with the color you wanted.

Have you ever been in the chair in the middle of a service and your stylist has to stop to go answer the phone multiple times, taking time and attention away from you and your appointment? Online bookings is my solution to giving my time back to my clients.

What if I don't see a service I'm seeking to schedule?

If you cannot find what you are looking for on my service menu, that means I do not offer those specific services to schedule. I prefer to perform services I've taken the time to get continued education on. It's unrealistic to expect a stylist to be good at every service across the board. The services I offer you are the services I'm confident in behind the chair. I have no problem recommending other great stylists in my community to you.

What do I do if I need to reschedule/cancel an appointment?

Please refer to your emails and texts that were sent to confirm and remind you of your upcoming appointments. Click on the link to view your appointment details.

Scroll to the bottom  👇of  the page and it will give you the option to Confirm, Reschedule, or Cancel your appointment. If you confirm your appointment , it will not give you the option to reschedule and you will need to cancel your current appointment and go back into the calendar to create a new appointment.

How early should I arrive to my appointment?

You may come in as early as 5 minutes before your appointment. Please be considerate of other client's time in the chair. Otherwise, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.

Should I wash my hair/face before my appointment?

Good hygiene is always kindly appreciated. If you think your hair is too dirty, it probably is. Just wash it!🙂 Always arrive with a clean makeup-free face if you're scheduled for brow/lash services. Do not wear contacts for lash services.​

What should I wear to my appointment?

Any shirt that is collar free is fine. Do not wear turtle necks, hoodies, or expensive clothing to your appointment.

If you are getting your hair colored, it is best to wear black, grey, or dark neutrals.

  • All general pricing can be found when you go to schedule an appointment. If you are concerned of a budget for color or have several questions, please schedule a new client consultation to discuss options on a maintenance schedule that works for you.

  • Parking lot is available behind the building for Trippy Roots LLC. clients & liquor store customers only.  Trippy Roots, LLC will not be held responsible for any damages to vehicles parked.

  • Credit/Debit Cards & Cash are accepted for payment. Cash is KING🤑

  • Do not bring children or anyone with during your appointment. This is your time for self care . 

  • No one under 18 is permitted in salon suite.

  • If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, You may be asked to reschedule while forfeiting deposit. I do not double book appointments because your beauty is worth my time.  Please be considerate of stylist and other scheduled client's time. 

  • All services rendered and deposits paid are NONREFUNDABLE. Please see Policies for more info. 

  • Please feel free to  bring snacks/drinks with you for lengthy appointment times. 

  • I do not schedule Weddings, Prom, or Special Event Styling.

  • I do not schedule anyone under 18 years because I want to create a relaxed atmosphere for your visit where I minimize distractions in a normally busy environment

  • I have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for any type of sexual misconduct, discrimination, or harassment.  You will be refused from future bookings.
