House Rules  

Please plan to arrive to your appointment in a timely manner and wait in your vehicle. You can come inside 5 minutes prior to  your appointment time. 


If  you're more than 15 minutes late, you will asked to reschedule and have to pay the cancellation fee . Taking on a late client only puts me behind those 15-20 minutes every single appointment after you, so no. Please see policies for more information.

DOs:

  • Bring Cash or a Debit/Credit card with you.  A 3.5%  of services platform fee will be added for card payments. I do not accept checks. 

  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair (especially if you're receiving a color service)

  • Have a seat in a big orange chair and take a few deep breaths. 

  • Grab a complimentary beverage and snack while you visit.

  • If you are scheduled for lengthy color appointment, you are welcomed to bring your own food and beverages during your stay.

DONTs:

  • If you are getting scalp bleach do not wash the night before as it can irritate your scalp. 

  • Do not wear shirts with collars or hoodies. (they get in the way of securely snapping a cape and they can offset a haircut. 

  • Do not arrive with wet hair for a color service. If your hair is wet, you will be forfeiting your blowdry after your services.

  • Do not wear (nice) clothing for color services. Color flys during passionating painting and the artist will not be held responsible if a piece ends up stained.. Oopsies.

  • Do not bring anyone with you during your visit.  If you bring your kiddos with you, you will be asked to reschedule and expected to pay the cancellation fee.  Any Extra guests will be asked to wait in the car. 

  • Do not tap your fingers on the fish tank and disturb the peace of Oscar, Phillip, and Lillian. ​
