prepare for your visit

Please plan to arrive to your appointment in a timely manner and wait in your vehicle. You can come inside 5 minutes prior to  your appointment time. 

If  you're more than 15 minutes late, you will asked to reschedule and have to pay the cancellation fee . Taking on a late client only puts me behind those 15-20 minutes every single appointment after you, so no.

DOs:

• Bring Cash or a Debit/Credit card with you. *Fees will be added for cards.

• Come with clean, dry hair.

• Have a seat in a big orange chair and take a few deep breaths. 

• Grab a complimentary beverage and snack while you visit.

DONTs:

• Do not wear shirts with collars or hoodies. (they get in the way of securely snapping a cape and they can offset a haircut. 

• Do not come in with wet hair for a color service. If you do, you will be forfeiting your blowdry after your services. 

• Do not wear nice clothing for color services. Color flys during passionating painting and the artist will not be held responsible. Oopsies.

• Do not bring anyone with you during your visit.  If you bring your kiddos with you, you will be asked to reschedule and expected to pay the cancellation fee. Extra guests will be asked to wait in the car. 

• Do not tap your fingers on the fishtank and disturb the peace of Oscar, Phillip, and Lillian. ​
